"Wahoo chowder"

 

 

 

Wahoo Chowder

 

 large potatoes cut in cubes

1  can or pkg. of frozen corn/3 ears

2 cups diced celery

1 diced garlic

2  large onions (diced)

1 ½ tablespoons salt

2 bay leaves

½ teaspoon pepper

8 cups milk-1/2 cup butter

½ teaspoon dill/2 cups water

4 pounds Wahoo filets cubed

1 cup white wine

2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

 

Rue** to thicken chowder mix 1

Cup butter and ½ cup flour. Combine

Water, wine, vegetables, butter and

Spices. Bring to a boil so that potatoes

Are only partially cooked (3/4).

Add wahoo, cook 5 min, and add rue slowly
